Remote medical consultation, diagnosis and treatment of patients by means of telecommunications technology. Telehealth allows real-time patient consultation anywhere and anytime.

What is Electronic Health Record (EHR)?

An Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a digital version of a patient's paper chart. EHRs are real-time, patient-centric records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users.

As a Patient, you will have an EHR once you sign up for Telehealth. You can input your medical history which will help your Doctor know more about your condition.

How much is the Professional fee per consultation??

It differs depending on your chosen Doctor per type of Specialization..

Account Registration
How do I create an account in Telehealth?

Go to https://telehealth.ehealthcareinc.com/ and select Create Free Account and choose “Patient” as the type of account.
Click “Patient” as the Type of Account.
Only basic personal information will be asked. Make sure to use your full name upon signing up since it is the name that will appear in your eRx, eLabRx, and eMedical Certificate.

Can I have multiple accounts in Telehealth?

No, as patients, you are recommended to have one account only under Telehealth. This is for you to be able to see your consultation history. For account-related concerns such as forgot password, and credentials. You may reach our support hotline at 09178036457 or email support@ehealthcareinc.com.

I forgot my password, how can I access my Telehealth account?

At your Telehealth login page, click “Forgot password”. You will be asked to enter your username.
If you also forgot your username, you can try logging in using your mobile number. Just click “Login with SMS”

Telehealth Consultation
How can I book a consultation?

Open https://telehealth.ehealthcareinc.com/ and click “Log in to your account”.

Once logged in, choose your country of origin and fill in the symptoms you are experiencing and select the Specialization of Doctor you need. Click “Search Physician”.

Can I book a consultation even if the Doctor is not online or is currently having a consultation with other patients?

Yes, you can book a scheduled consultation on your preferred date. Just click “Set Appointment” on the profile of your chosen Doctor and select from the available schedule of the Doctor.

Fill up the necessary information and submit your Schedule and wait for the Doctor to accept your request. You will receive an SMS notification once approved by the Doctor.

Is Telehealth applicable for online consultation for emergency cases?

No, Telehealth services are not for emergency health concerns. If you are in need of immediate medical attention, please go to the nearest hospital or clinic.

Where can I see my Telehealth Consultation records including my prescriptions?

Open https://telehealth.ehealthcareinc.com/ and click “Log in to your account”.

Type in your Telehealth account credentials.

On your dashboard click "My Consultation Records" Tab.

Your previous Telehealth Consultation will appear on your screen. Please refer to the list below for your reference:
View Record is your Telehealth Consultation summary.
eRx is for your electronic prescriptions.
eLabRx is to see your electronic Laboratory Requests
eMedCert to get your electronic Medical Certificate.

You have an option to receive a copy of your records in pdf or you can also print a copy of it.

How to Use Third Party Payments/Consultations?

Adding Connections

Open https://telehealth.ehealthcareinc.com/ and click “Log in to your account”.
Type in your Telehealth account credentials. Click Login Account
Select the Doctors Country (Philippines)
Select My Connections on the Navigation Pane (left side of page). For mobile phone users, click the three horizontal lines to access the navigation pane.
Click Add Contact
Type the person you would want to be a connections contact code then click the search icon. Their name and mobile number will appear. Click Request to proceed.
Click Ok
The status will remain Pending until the request is accepted.
The status will change to Accepted when the request is accepted.

How to Set an Appointment with a Doctor for Third Party Payment as a Payer?

On the Doctors list page, click Third Party. For mental health consultations, click Mental Health Professionals on the Navigation Pane. For mobile phone users, click the three horizontal lines to access the navigation pane.
Select Payer
Choose the patient (will be from the connections you made) and click Proceed
The doctors schedule will appear. Choose desired date.
Choose desired time then click Add Schedule
Select and/or type in symptoms. Check if the schedule reflected below is correct then click Confirm.
Click Close
Your appointment is currently Pending until the doctor accepts your appointment request.
When your appointment request is accepted, an SMS will be sent to you. Settle your payment within 24 hours of the doctors acceptance, otherwise, the appointment will expire.
To pay for your appointment, click My Appointments on the Navigation Pane. For mobile phone users, click the three horizontal lines to access the navigation pane.
Click Pay button.
Click Yes, Proceed!
You will be redirected to the payment gateway, choose the type of payment you prefer.
After the payment, you will be redirected back to the platform, click My Appointments
After the payment, the status becomes Paid. Note: You and Third-party/Connection patient will be notified via SMS 1hr before the scheduled date and time of your appointment.
On the day of the appointment, the Patient should go to My Appointments.
The doctor will create a room. Once the doctor successfully created it, click Enter Room to join him/her in the conference room.
Click Update
Click I’m Ready
After a few moments, you can see the doctor.
In the event you lose connection or accidentally leave the conference room you can go back again. Simply go to My Appointments and click Enter Room.
After the telehealth consultation, the status will be Completed. Note: If there will be any Prescription, Laboratory request, or Medical certificate given by the doctor, all will be sent via email.

How to Set an Appointment with a Doctor for Third-Party Payment as a Patient?

On the Doctors list page, click Third Party. For mental health consultations, click Mental Health Professionals on the Navigation Pane. For mobile phone users, click the three horizontal lines to access the navigation pane.
Select as Patient
Choose the patient (will be from the connections you made) and click Proceed
A request will be sent to the person you chose as Payer. Once they accepted the request, you will be notified via SMS.
When you open the platform, a notification will appear saying that your connection accepted your request. Click Proceed
Choose the desired date from the doctor’s schedule
Choose desired time then click Add Schedule
Select and/or type in symptoms. Check if the schedule reflected below is correct then click Confirm.
Click Close
Your appointment is currently Pending until the doctor accepts your appointment request.
Once the Appointment Request is accepted, the Payer you chose should pay for it within 24 hours of the doctor’s acceptance, otherwise, the appointment will expire.
Once the Appointment is paid by your selected payer, click My Appointments. Your status is now Paid.
On the day of your appointment, the doctor will create a room. Once the doctor successfully created it, click Enter Room to join him/her in the conference room.
Click Update

Payment Information
How can I pay for my consultation?

After the Doctor accepts your consultation request you will be redirected to the payment page of Telehealth’s payment gateway – Xendit Philippines.

What are the payment methods?

The following payment options are available:

Local and International Cards (VISA, Mastercard)

E-Wallets (Gcash, Paymaya, GrabPay and ShopeePay)

Over-the-Counter (Cebuana and 7-Eleven)

Are there any additional charges I will have to pay other than the professional fee of my Doctor?

No, the charge you have to pay is the Professional fee only. It is already inclusive of card and e-wallet charges.

Can I use my HMO in paying for my consultation?

We are continuously looking for development for our platform and this includes the availability of HMO providers. Keep updated by visiting our site and logging in to your account to see our latest improvements.

How to file for a refund?

Can I request for an Official Receipt (OR)?

Yes, patients can request for an Official Receipt (OR) and it will be issued by the Doctor.
